Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: June 29, 2026

In short

Awardly is not an affiliate program. We do not earn commissions from awarded businesses, do not run paid placements, and do not have a referral program that pays affiliates for sending traffic. The Excellence Award is recognition of independent third-party data, not a paid endorsement.

Why this page exists

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR §255.5 requires disclosure of any "material connection" between an endorser and the endorsed party. Awardly has no such material connection with awarded businesses — and we keep this page published to make that absence explicit and discoverable.

If Awardly ever does start an affiliate program

If Awardly ever introduces a referral or affiliate program in the future, this page will be updated to:

  • Disclose the existence of the program and how it works.
  • Identify the material connection (commission, referral fee, etc.) between Awardly and any business it refers traffic to.
  • Provide the FTC-required clear and conspicuous disclosure on every page that benefits from a referral.
